ABOUT THE AUTHOR
When I was six years old, I wanted to be a princess, and planned to go about this by conquering the world with an army of robots. I have changed very little since then.
I was accepted into college at fifteen, into graduate school at nineteen, and, at twenty-two, have just acquired my first MFA. In addition to writing and illustration, I run my own tutoring business. In the past, I've had gigs as a construction worker, cleaning lady, junior curator, and studio model, respectively.
My stories have appeared in the Eunoia Review, Soft Cartel, Eskimo Pie, and Literary Yard, my articles have been featured in Report From Newport, and my illustrations have been featured in Boston Accent Lit. I am currently compiling a collection of short stories, the details of which can be found on strangenewworldsanthology.com.
I recently gave a lecture to a class of graduate students, followed by a public reading. Eventually, I intend to become a professor, so I can share my love of creation with new generations of artists and storytellers. And, of course, afford more coffee.
